This is a new mechanism for your bicycles, I am sure you will love it. No headache of chain drop during a ride.
The Bicycle is much softer and smooth in ride on this gear mechanism but working gears produces some noice which is definitely bearable and sometimes cool to hear.
Good luck with this new information you can make your own chainless bicycle now. People in surroundings love this invention.
Best Regards

One of the things I love about your channel, along with alot the truck repair channels from Pakistan is that it's alot of hand work and repurposing. Its not just programing a CNC or water jet, or buying new parts, it's alot of actual fabrication. It's always very impressive to me.

While fun to imagine and build such a system, chainless bikes will forever be made impractical. You really truly need to compartmentalize every stage for easy maintenance and repair. We complain about chains falling off, but what if one of the parts breaks here?

@@acswain6720 Cutting the frame to install an axle at 90 degrees to the direction of load weakens it massively. There's a reason you only saw it ridden over flat ground at the end. It's likely the bike would have been damaged by a pothole like the one we saw at the beginning. The right way to do this would be either belt drive (commercially available on folding bikes) or have the wheel on a rotating axle, with a bearing in the fork dropout and the wheel gear external to the frame. As a piece of art for a youtube video it is nice, and the gear spiders made from an old spring is ingenious (but with labour factored in it would be more cost effective to buy the gears or even make them from new material.)
