Could you give me the measurements of your frame rails? I'm building the first one of those in my shop.its a 43 ford truck with a 383 stroker and a 700r4 trans.

Not sure if you’re referring to the size of the tubing or the overall dimensions of the frame, but here goes. The material is 2x4 by 1/8 rectangular tubing. And 2x3 by 1/8 rectangular tubing. I set the chassis at 24" wide because that’s what worked best for my application. The length of the chassis, ride height, and even the width of the chassis may not work for your truck. Not sure what your wheel base is, I went with a 125". I ran a strip of tape down the length of the table and started marking where I wanted everything. I measured the length of my box, cab, front end and marked it on the tape. Then I picked where I wanted my axles. If you’re building a hot rod with no fenders, you can pretty much set your axles to whatever wheelbase you like. That being said, my wheelbase and dimensions may not work for your truck. You can always make the chassis a little longer, and cut it down once your happy with where everything is sitting.

I'm also using a 32 front end but with a 32 front cross member
