Finally, got to it. Great build! I really like the thought of drainage for water, it adds a nice touch on the streets. Also I can't believe people are buying string at all with how simple string dupers are to make.

This server and it's rain 😂 awesome episode Cobb! I really loved that speed build transition to the rainy weather at night and you in the bookstore! The first buildings look incredible and I can only imagine how awesome the base will turn out!

Great video as always! A couple ideas for you, today- For the videos, it might be helpful in your intro to tell us which series the episode is in, so that we immediately know which “story” we are in. For the parking lot lines, I saw Grian use a neat trick on Hermitcraft where he buried a line of signs under carpets to achieve that effect.

Oh ill have to look into that and yeah I need a better way to distinguish the episodes but KZbin doesn't like episode numbers or series titles. Maybe just saying it right up front in the video is the easiest solution

@@CobbPlays Hahaha I've gotten a few requests about putting the episode number in the title or thumbnail. A simple work around would be to add it to the description instead. I recently just updated all of my episodes to include it at the top of the description. You get to keep that clean look of not having any numbers in the title or thumbnail and still get an easy way to identify the episode 😉

Fun episode! The cut to the rainy night so you could see the warm light from the windows was cool. I would say it was hard to see the buildings after the timelapse due to KZbin's compression because the sun was behind them. For mob spawning your roofs, I recently have been doing a lot of pressure plates or buttons, as they can add some nice detail without having to use light, or you could go with the old trusty string. I love when cities look dark at night besides a couple of street lights and windows. Glow Lichen can also add JUST a touch of light without it being too obtrusive. Fun video!

@CobbPlays Happens to me all the time, especially in timelapses. The sun never cooperates. I have noticed big Minecraft KZbinrs will wait to start recording until the light is right which, yes impressive, but who got time to sit around for 8 minutes just to start recording?
