Oooh. That'll be easy since there are already several Thai assets made by Palms Time and NKZ in the workshop. You can visit my asset collection since I'm using those assets as well. Just don't download all, just pick and choose because there's a lot in that list. I don't know how much RAM you have. Then I highly recommend watching JAQREL's "Katak Town". He makes Malaysian city and he's really good!
