Namaste! I start building cob wall around my house, that I bought. After I raised couple of metres, one of the local people said that all sand, clay in this area contents salts, and this will destroy my fence after 3-4 years. Do you have any idea about it? If I'll add lime and gypsum to cob?

no cement need for cob house. stornger than cement. just protecet wall from sun and rain.

Once the soil settles, measure the clay and over all soil settlement in cm and calculate percentages.
