I lost my dad in February of this year and he left me a single cab obs so this truck’s journey has been quite interesting to watch

Once you install it take a straight edge and draw A-line all the way across that way if it begins to start twisting you can easily see it.

Well done bro, a little tip on material prep like that I like to use just some good ole green scotch brite to clean of steel like that so that the welds have less impurities in them. Love seeing progress on Jack Black! We gotta collaborate on something

I would say it's probably gonna need a 1/2 inch or more of preload. That old truck is gonna put a lot of leverage on it. Time and experimenting will tell.

If you continue to run into flexing issues you could always x brace the frame of the truck and it will completely eliminate the flex.

I wouldn't advise it lol Idk how this rear end has lasted so long. Its just a mini spool and 4.10's. Still has stock axles

The front anti roll bar wouldn't help much on a drag car. It wouldn't particularly hurt it, but it doesn't do much to help with launching either. In a rwd vehicle making a pass, the front wheels are more or less just along for the ride. The rear is where its twisting because of the rotation of the drivetrain. You'll see a lot of the street/strip and daily driver type guys leave the front sway bar on just because driving it around town and around turns it'll handle a little better. But for straight line racing, the front sway bar is basically just weight up front
