Hey Duffy, nice steering wheel! Only I did see one like that just the other day. Ha!! I think you're right about it being the only one like it in the world. In addition to determination and perseverance is "don't be afraid to fail". I don't know about you but I f'd up a whole lot of stuff!:) Here in Wisconsin our weather can vary 100 F in a year. -20 F is not uncommon in the winter with temps occasionally reaching 100 F in the summer. My shop is unheated so I watch KZbin videos when the temps are below 10F and above 90 F. Love to watch and learn !!:)

I really enjoy watching you create something unique and custom by using some basic materials, as well as scrap parts! Genius!! I was wondering how that wheel would look with an added piece of round rod, in the center, between the outer pieces of rod. It would cover the two holes. As a matter of fact it could be plug welded from the back with a few more holes drilled in. Thanks for posting!

You are having way too much fun here to call this work! But, after all, isn't that the idea? I would add a spring loaded "Crank Rod" on the front next. Just to witness how many try it. A push button on the dash marked "Horn" but push to operate the starter. This is bring out the 10 year old in me and you as well. But I did see a naked steering wheel during this episode. I also like your "Albert Einstein picture/poster in the background. Just tell everyone that this is your cousin who had a hard go at it! ❤ May your thanksgiving turkey be easier to chew than old steering wheel plastic. WoW, who knew.
