I want to be on it so bad now but I am waiting for my daughter to grow up in the home she has grown up in for 13 years & graduate first. Thats another 5 year wait for me. Im gearing up to get more done out there on the parcel, little bits at a time thru these 5 years before I retire out there. Hi! Thanks! My property is also in Mohave County, AZ, but perhaps you already recognized that particular tone of desert landscape. Honestly, it sounds like working on your project bit by bit and not diving right in is a wwwaaayyy better approach. Trying to build all that while figuring it all out while also living there is tough, and at least for me has led to far too many compromises. Good luck with your channel!! KZbin is a real beast to conquer, huh?

I love this idea of building on a truck chassis. My dream is to buy an old creepy looking rusted 50's truck cab with a long bed frame. Then build an old looking cabin on it using old barn wood. Not to drive it but park it on my one acre

I absolutely LOVE it. I'm doing the "cyberpunk" theme mostly because I think it suits the era of the van, but if I had found something older... who knows what would happen. I hope you can find that truck and make it happen! (I keep my eyes out) ;)

Glad you did, and thanks for watching! The school bus I passed along to a friend, other than that I've mostly kept the projects/repurposed them. Feels like a lot of them have been learning experiences more than a final product I'd feel comfortable selling, but hopefully that's different with this box truck project!

I've had to gradually learn this, yes. But there are times when it's worth it, whether its because you can save money, make it suit you better, or simply because you love doing it. In this case, I really love building stuff like this, so it's a no-brainer. :)

Hahaha, great question. Yes and no? That’s a long topic for a comment, but right now I’m pleased to be building things, going on trips, adventures, and planning the next project. More than that I’m too busy with the adventures to think about it much. ;)

I work a regular 9-5, remote for the last 6 years, so that definitely saves me some time on the commute. I mean, tell all your friends, I'd love to turn KZbin into a job. ;)
