So funny that I was imagining Jeri Ellsworth when you actually said her name two minutes later! I LOVED her solution to keeping the surrounding electronics at the conventions where she plays from interfering with her bass’ pickups. Her solution? Trash the typical pickups and install Little piezo inducer discs that she clipped and placed beneath her bass strings! Soo IF you get any EMI issues or interference from nearby arcade pinball machines, maybe you ought to install a piezo inductor array for a secondary pickup option?! For someone who’s outward appearance would suggest a grimey and pretty rugged person, you REALLY do have it together. AWESOME!! Oh yeah, NICE ROUTER!!

Ay, idk if you read enough of the comments to see this - on the issues you’re having w/ G2M recognizing the lower notes, you could convert the input signal an octave up? Digitally this is done by taking the absolute value of each sample, effectively folding the negative parts up. I’m not terribly familiar with the analog equivalent but I know I’ve seen schematics for it before that only require a handful of components. Then while processing the MIDI signal you can shift the pitch back down an octave to get the note that was originally played.
@chrishopkins2094 жыл бұрын
