Ok so, horse girl explains: the reason those stables are always half open is because those animal's have lungs that are very sensitive to dust and it can create severe health problems. Where ever there's hey and straw and wood and sand, there's dust. So you actually need the ventilation not because of the smell, but for the animals respiratory system. Ideally hey and straw bales are stored outside of their indoor habitat, because of the dust. The "smell" only gets worrysome if the stables aren't cleaned out regularly, because the droppings produce ammonia which if inhaled is also harmful to their lungs (it also causes hooves to rot and bacteria infections). During winter, it's enough to close windows and doors, to keep some of the warmth in (so the water pipes don't freeze), but the animals develop a pretty thick winter fur so no worries about them freezing. ;) Also fun fact: The droppings heat the place up ;) Ever seen a steaming dung heap? That's the heat and ammonia fumes created along the decomposition process. Also something you might find interesting: These animals actually require a lot of natural light indoors. These old stable buildings without windows and closed roofs are actually not animal friendly. You don't build them like this today anymore not because of architectural taste or trends, but because it's detrimental to their health. I'm so sorry to say this now, but in real life your donkey house would be way too dark for them 😅 but it is really cute! Don't get me wrong, I just thought you might like to know stuff like that for future builds.

That's why I like the complexity meter on console. I know my limitations while still also having guests and animals so my zoo looks functional with guests ect. Those pc builds looks good but they also look empty because they can't handle guests or animals.

The interior of the barn, the brush stations, the broken part of that little fence, the gate, the tree guards, & the details all over the outside make this an incredibly beautiful creation! (The piece count though 😭) Hope to see the Baboon and tortoise in the Desert Adventure Park. They’d fit pretty well into the desert village!

The San Diego Zoo has the bear canyon trail with grizzlies, spectacled bears, sloth bears, and sun bears all in a row together; but it doesn't look great to be honest 😂 but the SDZ does have a row of bears!

Everytime you mentioned the donkey barn isn't as impressive as the sheep barn it reminded me of the Winnie the Pooh Donkey "It's not much of a house... just right for not much of a donkey." 😂😂 I disagree of course, I think it came out looking very cozy and cute!

awesome build and ace video as always! Tbh if I'm going to build a petting zoo area in my zoo id probably make the Barn area from Blackpool Zoo if i do as really like that petting zoo area! For the "Zookeepers Animal Pack" it has the same ring as the "Park Managers Collection Pack" and as we know that was last thing we got for JWE and frontier still haven't official came out and said that is the last pack..... so i doubt they will say the same thing for Planet Zoo if it is the last pack or not. So maybe the park manager game we are getting in the work year of 2026-2027 might be Planet Zoo 2!

You can just click on the stuff member and move them or place the scarecrow feeder enrichment as it is the same size as an adult person in Planet Zoo

So far, the habitat looks good. The habitat must look great. Otherwise. It's not up to donkey standards. But this habitat is up to American donkey standards. Get it? It's a joke. I hope they're not stubborn. Ass donkeys. What donkeys are sometimes called? Jack, you know what? Because of their stubborn behavior. I am a good story about where you got your donkeys from. You got them from a farmer who was retiring. And he donated the donkeys to you. He also donated the barn. And rebuilding it for you. The habitat looks nice. And you're adding the giant panda in the future. You will not regret that decision one bit, They're cute as babies. And their heads look like little dumplings. I'm hoping you add the pigs too. Overall, the donkey habitat looks amazing. Keep up the good work. I've been saving all your builds on my zoo playlist. So, I can watch them all over again. Since I cannot play the Planet Zoo game because of my computer I like to see it through your eyes.

The Somali wild ass is way cooler than the American donkey and the Somali wild asses that I saw in my trip in Somalia are domestics including the dromedary camel but however love the barn for these guys❤❤❤❤❤
