I love this motel so much, it turned out amazingly realistic if you ask me and I can't wait to put it in my game! It's just begging to have the creepy crawlies lot challenge slapped on too. Nobody is gonna get a real good night of sleep here, I'm afraid 🤭 And that's what makes it so perfect. I mean, just think of all the drama 🥰 I can already picture Don Lothario bringing one of his sidepieces here, only for the other room to be rented by his first lover.. 💀

@XUrbanSimsX I looooooove the run down, realistic aesthetic in the sims, especially when building gyms, motels, community lots. im currently slowly degrading all of the buildings in Oasis Springs. this is so grotty so and I love the storytelling options you've added, including the rancid pool with its murky waters ^-^ Downloading it now !
