Best Buy is pretty much where you go if you don’t care on saving a few extra bucks on deals or your minimum is a mid range pc & not a budget build. Micro center pretty much packs it all in one.

@@excitful I work at Bestbuy, so only appliance specialists make commission and Bestbuy payed brand advisors. Its mainly on the location/the pay the employees make as well.

I've had no such issues at our local Best Buy here in Salem, Oregon, the employees have always been quite helpful & courteous. I recently went in to purchase an HD over the air TV antennae & mentioned that I had recently purchased an XFX RX 6700 GPU for $299.99 that had gone on sale for $269.99 the next day and they immediately checked with a manager and reimbursed me $30 in cash. And from past experience, I've also found their return policy to be excellent.

Micro center has a z690 Mobo, 12700k, and 16gb of 3200 cl16 for $330, and a 12600kf, z690 Mobo, and 16gb of 3200 cl16 for $250. The nearest one is over an hour and half away. Me and a buddy are making the trip Saturday! Best Buy is always higher.

Been through a couple you guys videos and I've got a question or two. Do you guys just carry gaming desktop parts or do you carry laptop stuff and do you sell individual used parts? Looking for something that at this point you guys might even throw away and I might be wasting my time. I'm looking for a DDR3 laptop RAM. Yeah I can buy the stuff new on Amazon but I've actually had compatibility issues in the past where are they said the ram was compatible and I had to return it and go through a rigmarole multiple times. I keep having bizarre issues with ram that will work in one machine and not in another although the ram is functional it's like the only seems to be compatible some brands with some machines or some craziness like that. The other couple things I wanted to find out about was if you sold used SSD hard drives for laptops but I doubt it. More than likely I'll have to go eBay for that route. I know not worth looking at a used power supply when you factor in the shipping LOL. Other thing I'm looking for I think is only available new I don't think it's been around long enough to be used looking to get a 16 gig graphics card and I think they're only available new unfortunately. Funny thing is I don't need it for gaming trying to get into running a llm in house without it being connected to the internet and they claim you got to have a 16 gig GPU even if you're not running the CGI crap I forget the exact reasoning. Bear in mind I'm 46 years old and I haven't kept up with a lot LOL. I've got several machines here that one of those 16 gig graphics cards should logically work in but that's one of the things I got to confirm is if they're compatible with that type of graphics card. The laptop RAM is I'm running an Acer that's ridiculously offset. Whenever I look up the specs for the same laptop on eBay they always come up as a dual core or single core the one that I got has a quad processor and I've been trying to upgrade the ramp the last a few years where I've only got 8 gig in it and I want to Max it out. Laptop was originally from Russia and got brought here when somebody moved here.

I don’t think Best Buy cares if their open products work or not. Bought a Samsung soundbar 5.1 wireless speakers and subwoofer. It did not come with the remote could not get it out of demo. Took it to Best Buy they tried for 30 min couldn’t get it to work. Saw the same unit back on the shelf open box.
