We made a pizza kiln out of bricks. This pizza kiln was too big for our first challenge. It was a lot of work, but the pizza we baked tasted so good that it took away all the fatigue!

Reminded me of Kanai Ryoichi-san's kiln in German. He made the dome mould out of cardboard, taped in the middle and spun around like a book opened 360 degrees, then burned the cardboard mould when the dome was done. Pizzas at tht end look delicious!

For a beginning bricklayer you did a good job. Indeed it is not as easy as many people think it is. Enjoy your labour of love with family and friends. Wishing you many happy pizza baking adventures 🍕❤️🍻
Why were they soaking all of the bricks? Honest question

with the bricks being soaked in water it allowed more time to work with mortar. if the bricks are dry then it will cause the mortar to dry too quickly reducing the work time . as stated in the video, amateurs need more time to complete the task.
