Ramy, love your projects! I suspect many would really enjoy a video about your materials and processes. Information about 3D printed mold materials and infill and such, and especially materials and processes for preparing your molds (smoothing, filling, mold release, and such). Also fillers that you use. I'll bet Easy Composites might like that too. If I didn't live in the US, I would be a frequent customer of theirs for my model airplane projects.

We used that honeycomb material back in the late 80’s & early 90’s when building GTP RaceCar tubs from Carbon Kevlar weave. We actually had to use Mc Donnel Douglas’s Autoclave because it was the only one in the Southern California area that was big enough to hold the entire mold for that project, it was a very special time in my life to be able to be part of that groundbreaking program!

Awesome! I think gelcoat is used for bulding boats. The gel accumulates on the surface to isolate it from the air. That way the poly cures perfectly and makes a very smooth surface. Now if you make the model 4 times larger you could have your personal jet!
