We’ve reached the end of our epic guitar journey! We have some fun putting all the pieces together into an actual functioning guitar. The end result is a custom guitar made on our LongMill CNC that sounds as good as it looks! Happy shredding!

I like your process and am learning from it. I have always wanted to make a carbon fibre violin and it looks like some of the same ideas you use might be applicable. I want to do it my own way learning as I go - I have zero experience with wood CNC but make relatively intricate wooden objects using many techniques. I imagine the basic process as being creating molds and jigs in wood MDF on a CNC for layup of the CF.

You can use a long socket and send the 18" drill bit through it for protecting the body when drilling those wiring holes.
