I friggin love the 5th Gen Prelude. The H22 with proper headers whether DC Sport, Skunk, etc., CAI, and exhaust the engine sounds beastly. Of the late 90's Honda Engines The H22 always sounded like a much bigger engine that it was. Maybe later add a Hondata S300 and cams possibly aftermarket or from a Prelude TypeS for that extra top end kick in the pants.

I had an exact same 01 manual Prelude in blue about 18 years ago. Same body styling (lips), Koni's all around, full set of upper and lower strut bars, and IHE. Great solid car that gets me around. Still think of it sometimes.

Some of them seriously havent been changed since Biggie was alive, since my door sticker says November 1996 on it. 😂🤣 Going to change EVERY bushing in the next year. Im currently on 17 inch RSX Type S wheels.

I just got my prelude a week ago, it’s got a stock interior, 230k miles on the motor and like 100k on the trans, looking to put a new cool air intake in it and the same exhaust system you have, along with a turbo kit eventually, but I’m only 17 and don’t have a job at the moment so it will take time

Ive had my prelude since i was 16, growing up i didnt show it alot of love and it’s disappointing. I still have the car and it stills runs and starts up on queue. Now i have my career and i want to really put some love into and build it nice like yours. If you would give me some pointers and recommendations on shops etc i would REALLY appreciate it.
