My only opinion is that is isn’t accurate because of the boom in the industry since you’ve began. Think the budget should’ve been averaged at 2800 monthly. Most streamers are doing pretty okay even as novices now .

Well done! I imagined a more realistic set of rules, where you can’t change the kitchen or bathroom layout, add platforms, or the position of walls. And needing to pay something to swap colors. But that may be best for another challenge series. Since it is the Sims, being able to change everything but the outside walls is in the spirit of a bike challenge, and it turned out looking great.

I love this, love how the only door is too the bathroom it feels so open. The best part is the fact all you would have to do is change swatches to fit a male streamer, and maybe choose a more bachelor pad looking accent wallpaper. Honest,y my favorite career build yet and definitely will be saving this build❤

Dream home, I would like to have it irl too ♥ Maybe the next one could be a scientist or astronaut carreer related apartment with hightech gadgets and cyberpunk aesthetic. Your taste is such a sophisticated, girlie dream, I think you can mix it with cyberpunk very well with all the amazing neon colors, metal and wood. Everyone thinks about cyberpunk as cheap and poor but it shouldn't be dystopian, it could be utopian, because hightech makes it clear, fancy and elegant.

I loved the end result and the new layout but I don’t know that it makes sense to say you have to keep the cheapest furniture and then remodel the entire building. Maybe the floor layout should be done first since realistically a landlord would renovate the apartment then list it for rent. You could then either give a small separate budget or only use the money you get from tearing down the walls etc, which was an extra $1000+ dollars in this case. Then reset the budget to the annual income for the decorating portion. Anyway loved the final product and the videos, can’t wait for the next one!

really think the best way to make the most of the budget is to do: exterior minus landscaping, then important items/rooms (ex. gadgets for the agent, studio for the artist, kitchen for the chef, etc.), then other rooms and clutter, then landscaping last. A lot of the budget gets blown so early on because of how much she landscapes, when the interior of the house is the focal point of the title, and therefore should be the focal point of the video. So many of those rooms had so much more potential if she stopped spending on plants when she could easily debug her landscaping

This apartment is the closet to the layout of my current IRL apartment! I've made it into my apartment to help me figure where to put stuff and whatnot! I wish it was the remodel you did though! I like that layout so much better! Oh well. I love using SIMS to make a layout plan on how to decorate my place! So wish we had half tiles and can move and replace apartment entry doors! Who knows maybe they will add this feature at some point! They did with windows so here's to hoping!!

Like you, I am not a fan of these hybrid kits. I feel like they are lacking. On a side note, really liking the dark hair color...very becoming.

I’m a mostly CAS girlie, but I hate recycling hairstyles and dresses, so I love having a few items for CAS in these kits. Also most kits are build focused already

Since the kits are niche, I don’t mind the combo cas and bb for don & bella’s kits. If the sims dropped 4 kits that had exclusive bb in one and cas in the other for them both I think people would have been upset.

Me and my sister just share one account for sims but we have never spent money on create a sim kits because we think the build items are better because we download cc anyways to make our sims look better and its less items then downloading every single piece of furniture we want. I've only downloaded about 4k items for my sims and if I was to ever download for furniture it would take weeks and it would def be over like 10k and that would just make my sims lag and unable to load or be playable.

I agree on the half and half kits. It's basically a tiny stuff pack but with less than half the stuff from a stuff pack and with some limits (like no CAS hair). Good deal for them, not so much for us... didn't buy them. Actually didn't buy anything since the grim event and didn't log in either. They managed to make me never play the game again with their back to back limited time events for a game I paid over 1000$ for - telling me HOW to play and WHEN to play. Yeah. No thanks.
