U gotta space out some of your planes, particularly on long journeys. The front plane ends up taking all the passengers, and goes red, but the 4 behind are empty. The flow of planes needs to be even. It'll decongest some of the airports as well.

China has a lot of cities in close proximity than russia, you can do a direct flight from Beijing to Canberra, Ahu Dhabi, Kiev. Also they do give a ton of money, but expect it to be similar to the US expansion

I think you should make every airport connect to every airport in the same country. Because if for example Cape Town would shut down, then you would end up losing a lot of money, which is very bad.
