Yes I would definitely like to see smaller job. Since I have retired. The videos and other are like The Days of Our Lives. Keep up the good work.

Sean, as a retired machinist for the railroad, I would recommend that you get a green cloth welding jacket with all the welding and cutting you're doing it will protect you from sparks and radiation from welding. Take care , buddy!

Watching this video I feel like I stopped over at a friend's house and he was out in his shop working and then stood around and watched him work. A pretty common practice for me these days. At least you didn't have to listen to me say "you should have done it this way" 😁 The shop is coming along nicely Shawn.

Hi Shawn, I enjoy this kind of project video. I don't know much about the trades, but this seems to be a big shop just for your drainage and foundation work. If you ever do a Q & A type video, maybe tell us what other uses the shop gets?😊

That is a really great shelf design! And yes, I liked the video. In terms of shooting your videos, I saw a guy on youtube somewhere that turned a professional microphone swing-arm into a camera mounting point for his camera. He was then able to move the camera around his shop on a rolling stand with a heavy concrete weight in the bottom, and quickly set up a perfec shot.

Great video Shawn! I’m researching shelving options - if I had a welder, this would be great. You have got me thinking about a box section design now. These smaller projects are brilliant - thanks very much for sharing your wisdom and expertise- on a weekly basis.

These smaller videos in the new shop make me curious about the shop itself. Is it far from where you live? Do you own the property or are you renting it? I like the smaller jobs because they can be uploaded in between your longer drainage videos, which you have to wait for rain to do the final footage. I think it's worth it to do these smaller jobs, especially as you're fitting out a new workshop anyway.

I would like to see you contacting real estate brokers. Then get an invite to speak at their monthly sales meetings and educate them on water problems. Make video copies of some of your past works to illustrate your solution to waterproofing homes, basements, crawl spaces, etc, etc. Get out there and sell your water solutions to these real estate agents. Educate them to your solutions. Good luck.

I'm always looking for more real estate so I have a few realtors I work with. Prices are just crazy high around here right now. I've sold more than I've bought in the last few years.

Looking good dude. The videos are great. Quick question. Are you going to tell us a little bit more about the garage as a whole? Curious if you had this built near the old shop, or if this is something at a different location. I feel like we were watching you build stuff at the old shop and then boom you have a new shop. Best of luck thanks for the content..
