I know you’re thinking about freezers for your wheat bran do you think it would be easier to grind up split Pee flower? Into all your brand if you could not freeze it.

@@daydaydunston4236 the concern there is that the pea flour will settle bc it's a smaller consistency with the bran. And pea flour doesn't address weevils, pantry moths, etc, just the mites.

I don't do either, but heating to kill should be cheaper and more scalable than freezing no? Something like 120F for 3 days or something?

@@tequilaraysnorkel8867 would need to see the math on electric usage, and whether that's enough heat/time to kill everything. But you'd also need the space for whatever is used to heat and enough volume to produce what is needed. I think this would turn into the same issue as the deep freezers....

Yeah imo height over 9ft is not worth the $$$ unless you're super space constrained or land price is extremely high where you want to farm. I know people who do it fine, but if you're building a building from scratch it's not worth it.
