I used to play with LPS and had a bunch of sets and minis, even if it’s been a while I’ll sometimes get the urge to play with them or make a little set up and admire my old hobby. I 100% recommend thrifting getting minis to save or going to your local toys r us to see what they have.

Hi Emily! I don't usually comment on KZbin videos, but I used to watch your videos all the time as a kid and remember having so much fun watching your first-ever skit and your airplane skit when I was like, dang, 7? (ahhh its been that longgg?!) I'm now a senior in high school who is close to graduating and haven't really interacted with a lot of the things I used to enjoy doing when I was little (like LPS and drawing). It's been really tough preparing for college and learning/experiencing the struggles of growing up. I haven't been feeling my best lately. I noticed I've lost the sense of playfulness and aspirations I have always carried with me since I was a little kid. I stumbled upon your channel again in my recommendations and I was hit with a bunch of nostalgia. Watching this video made me feel like a 7 year old again who played with her LPS all day, and, for a second, I didn't think about the stress. (I was suddenly sent back to 2014) I just wanted to thank you for always creating content that has stayed true to what little me would've enjoyed. The inner child I carry with me hasn't really gotten her chance to show herself for a really long while and I felt so warm inside watching this. Thank you so so much for making content that I still find myself finding comfort in even now (also I LOVE THIS SET it looks so cuteeee)💕

Also little woodies are good too! They are sold at target ( from what Ik) they come with cute stuff and PERFECT accessories! Their houses come in the perfect size for littlest pet shop! The farmers market set is my favorite.

I love this, all the tips are so well thought out and just overall super helpful!! A tip I have for films is placing the set straight up on a window sill where the natural light would genuinely shine through the LPS window, it looks really cool :D

Aah, it turned out so cute! I'd make my own detailed set right now if it weren't 1 AM at the time i'm writing this XD A great option for some people to get little detailed accessories is Hobby Lobby- I went there today to get some little things and they're amazing 😮 also, the towel idea is so cool i might do that at some point

When I lived with my family I had a studio room! I never did a tour due to wanting to keep it private, but since I moved out - my office is in my bedroom now. If you want to see a peak of it, I have a “cozy day in my life” video where you can see a lot more than usual of my film set up!

If you need good miniature stuff I would recommend going to hobby lobby you can find some really cute stuff there and you can also find some good furniture

Very true and I see a lot of suggestions like this - I find the miniatures at art stores like Michael’s to be VERRYYYY overpriced. I prefer to buy second hand if possible to get more items for less cost!

Hi Emily! I have a question about how to set up/angle a camera to that it looks more professional. I also have another question, what device should i film on so that it doesnt make the lps look weird. I am only able to use my tablet to record but, i find that it isnt very high quality and it isnt the same hight as the lps.
