Building A Minimal Menswear Style Wardrobe From Scratch

A lot of people ask me for advice on how to get into the minimal menswear style and so I thought I would make a video on it. In this video, I walk you through exactly what I would do if I was starting to build my wardrobe again from scratch. I choose versatile, clean and good quality basic pieces that I would comfortably wear for a casual, everyday look.
There are so many great shops to choose from and maybe I will do another video about that further down the line. For the purpose of this video, don’t pay so much attention to the brands but more to the pieces. Once you have a solid foundation to work with (a capsule wardrobe), you will always be able to incorporate new items as you go that will work easily with the foundation you have created.
I hope this video helps those of you out who struggle to know what you should do. It is all about finding pieces that work for you and you feel comfortable in. Obviously, you can buy as many of these items as you wish. If you want 10 white t-shirts then go for it. This is just a template that you can use to make it easy to understand. I am not a minimalist so I would rather wear a ton of clothes. This is teaching the foundation to build on top of. Naked would be minimal though. As long as you tell everyone you are a minimalist at the same time

just some blunt constructive criticism: that lighting is not doing anything good for your complexion/skintone on video, my g. maybe change to a warmer/natural toned light? also... maybe leave the jokes and memes out if they're not going to be more popular, well-known, or harder hitting? i mean, maybe just doing straight-forward informational content might work better for you. not every youtuber has to be a jokester to be "entertaining". especially in fashion and lifestyle related content. it's not a requirement. other than that... very solid video. 👌🏼 keep it up! edit: didn't realize this video was a year old. saw a newer video and definitely see a step up in quality. **click** "noice."

Hey Harry. Would you recommend Steve maxwell's workout philosophy. He recommends working out at home with just hiit full body bodyweight stuff as it reduces the chances of injuries

Hey mate. I am not familiar with it I am afraid. I worked put from home for 2 years and it was great to get started but I recently joined the gym as I wasnt making anymore progress. You are definitely less likely to get injured at home but if you want to build muscle faster and target everything better then nothing beats the gym.

@@HarryHas Steve maxwell was a strength coach for NFL, mma and bjj and has been named as one of the best trainers ever. His stuff is definitely worth checking out. If he thinks that there are ways to do significantly more with bodyweight, he might be onto something. He also went on Joe rogan so you can get and idea there or read his website.

@@parakram7689 bodyweight exercise is fantastic and it is the best thing to use to avoid injury. I dont have a pullup bar at home and certain other things and I wanted to lift weights so a gym was for me. It depends what you want to achieve. If you just want to be lean and build some lean muscle then sure, home workouts did that for me but I want to add weight these days to get bigger

Hey dude! I got them from END clothing in the sale. I think they are sold out there but they have other colours. The always re-stock this model each season so they will be back. The Vans store has some sizes left too. They are called the Shadow Grey Pig Suede Vans Authentic. I hope this helps.
