They´re talking about Ampère - but never mention the Voltage! - 10 Ampère at 12 Volts would be just 120 Watt - 10 Ampère at 110 Volt would be 1,1 kw - or at 220 Volts 2,2 kw... - The information in Watt or Kilowatt would be the information of interest.

Add a 150mfd ac run capacitor in series (you will have 3 capacitors total), in each leg from the pmg.....then run it thru the diode bridge.....you also need to make sure your pmg is rewired for 24v operation to reduce cut in speed and binding under load.....

Yes, overly dramatic. . . I disagree with the gearing thing, I get that it seems to work with that big belt looped all the way around the paddle wheel, but its not going to work long, and will break. But mainly, its a matter of the Arm, and Moment of the Arm. . .Leverage of the paddle. . .There is more leverage from the big looping belt, verses trying to turn the pully from the center. . .End Result??? Basically if the paddles were wider, with longer board paddle, it would be able to turn from the center.
