Smart planning to an independent future BT, maybe you can use the old house only for the small chickens and teenagers which can separate them from the adults. Also make a fenced off open area for the adults to roam around and feed outside so they can get fresh air too. Make compartments in the new house for laying and hatching eggs.

Visit a real professional chicken farm. From what I see the layers are separated from the fryers. It’s not too early to buy land before it gets too high. Also have your farm near agriculture farms. You can sell or use the chickens droppings as manure. I wish you success.❤🙏

BT, Please buy those Board Saw Dust Chaffs small or big sizes then Throws or Spread the Chaffs under and top of Chickens House to keep them warm, soft place to sleep or rest on. That Chaffs also can keep all the Chickens warns when it's cold. And prevent also Chickens poops all over the boards where they walk and sleeps.

Burundi traveler you have to many chicken s in one place they need room to grow and move around and evidently someone hasn’t been feeding your chicken s they act like they starving there is no water inside all those yellow buckets no food nothing ! And I have never heard of well fed chickens eating each other! Give them some corn chicken eat early in the morning and evening and they need water set out for them to get any time they want! You need to pay more attention to your own animals and stop leaving it for somebody else to do! You keep saying u know nothing about chicken s that’s what goggle is for learn
