Maybe I missed something, but it seemed a little thin on engine operation and a bit long on PR? We are at the beginning of a new space era and terminologies haven’t been cemented in the sands of time yet. So is it full flow stage combustion, or partial stage combustion or something else?

It is an oxygen rich staged combustion engine so the oxygen with a little fuel is burned in a preburner and the high pressure gas created powers the turbopump which is connected by a shaft to the fuel pump.

They are still using turbo pumps. I think this limits the pressure available. Hydraulic pumps, reciprocating opposing pistons could deliver more pressure but maybe not the volume. There was a smaller engine that still used hydraulic pumps instead of turbo pumps, can anybody remember who it was or what the type of pump was? I need a system that can deliver 16,000 psi and moderate volume .
