Don't know if anyone else has tried this but when it comes to the invader cards I prefer to just roll a d4 dice to determine the direction of the attack opposed to trying to mix up the direction during shuffles. Also I have enjoyed the game so far.

Yep, but there is a solo mode I designed after the initial release that was available as an add-on the 2nd printing.
