His voice was so comforting that it calmed me doing the beginning of my grieving ( more losses 😩 since) but I find a small slice of peace when watching his vids. Hope the same can apply to you as well

A lot of homes along coastlines are built in this style, almost an upside down house. It’s so they can have their living space overlooking the scenery or coastland. So sleeping downstairs and living upstairs. Looks amazing as per usual Devon!

This is such a great series, and you're just as amazing as always!! I would really like to recommend checking out the swedish island Gotland and especially its biggest town Visby. It's so cute and picturesque and also medieval-ish looking! I just know you would create wonders building anything Visby-inspired!!! You're the best xx

I was VERY apprehensive but ended up preordering the other day. Very excited. I wish I managed to snag the collector's edition solely for the steelbook, but maybe I'll get lucky and find one on eBay in a month or so.

Can I just say, even with a cold, it seems like you are less stressed, have more fun with builds and take your time more which means even better builds. I'm guessing it's to do with not streaming regularly anymore. I'm really happy you seem to have found a better balance! Great build as always xx

I absolutely adore this build! If you decided to do a build from California, I highly recommend checking out either Coronado Island, in San Diego, or Santa Cruz. Coronado (which isn’t technically and island because a small part of it is connected to the mainland) has so many beautiful (and expensive!) houses of different styles and the whole place has such a cool vibe. There is one house called the Hansen Mansion/Hansen House, which is a Tudor Style mansion that finished construction in the 1920s and is a historical landmark! Even if you don’t want to build it, I just know you’d love looking at it because it’s gorgeous and you can find digital tours of the inside because it went for sale a few years ago, but there’s lots of other gorgeous big houses on that street as well. There’s a ton of historic homes around the area. Santa Cruz is a mix of beachy and forest vibes, it sits right next to Monterey Bay and the Redwood forests of the Santa Cruz mountains. It has a lot of beachy pastel Victorian homes, particularly on Walnut Ave, which is famous for its gorgeous houses and historic high school (which is a beautiful building in and of itself, built in 1915). Walnut Ave is long and windy, so just follow it along around the bend for a while if you look at it on Google maps! Either way I think you’d love looking around these cities and finding inspiration for something to build.

The inspiration house must have a history. Wonder when they added the stone facing? Or if that was part of an old building and It was the only sturdy wall and they added the plaster? Love your build as always. Waiting a bit on Starfield, still working on BG3.

Love this the minimalism made this place seem so posh too 😅 Hope your throat behaves soon. I often get tonsillitis and the hot cold trick works well. A nice cuppa followed by an ice lolly. Excited to go abroad with the next lot. Would love some unique or quirky commercial builds if you can find any. Obsessed with the vibe of this house!!! I love the way you blended the two styles together, it looks great! My poor traumatized architecture student brain kept screaming "noooooo don't put the opening from the mezzanine to the kitchen, your teacher will hate it, you will get a bad grade and everything will be ruined" but that's a me problem and it's the fucking sims and still looks marvelous so it's always a win.

Fab build! Super interesting house you found. I love a mix of traditional and modern but I've rarely seen anything in Ireland that is such a 50/50 split between the two. Totally here for it. (Also, I should have known better than to be having a snack when watching your vids when you're gonna casually throw out "slap your beef curtains" or similar. I almost choked...and not in the good consensual way. 👀😂🤣) Please keep doing the google earth vids...they're different, interesting, and refreshing compared to the standard sim fare available on the tube.

when you go around the US, i think you should go to Victorian Village in Columbus, Ohio. i partially grew up around there and the houses are amazing. they are mostly townhouses from the Victorian & early Edwardian eras. there are also a lot of beautiful churches from that time in the area if you want to build anything other than a house. also, i feel a big American thing is split-level houses and long, one-story ranch houses. they are some of my fav houses to build in the Sims.

I HAVE SOME QUESTIONS! i understand if you don’t see this but if you do i would really really appreciate your help. first, what PC do you use? second, what’s allows you to move objects freely? i don’t mean bb.moveobjects, i mean when you adjust the placement and it doesn’t move the item in blocks. if u get what i mean. lol. third, what allows you to adjust the size of objects using numbers? i usually use the keys but the object is too large or too small. thank you and i love your videos, they’re so inspiring
