you don't need to use spider to sync, there's a tool in the level song selection screen called "Create Lines" where you can sync it instead, also with better edit there's some additional settings that makes that menu really useful

little tip for doing stuff like this: use Y pos resets, like landing on a block or having slopes push you into a 1 block gap. otherwise if your inputs are just a few milliseconds off each time, it adds up with enough of them to be really substantial. (I notice the ufo part especially struggles with this and that's a mistake that happens the most with ufo)

Maybe doesn't matter as much in a level like this where it doesn't have to look appealing since I'm verifying it without looking, but in regular levels the idea of forcing the player to a certain Y position mid section is too jarring

I entirely forgot about the fact you could use spider for lining up sync and stuff, I’ve always used the Create Lines tool, but somehow it always ends up slightly off, even when at one time it’s perfect.
