How about adding an LED light to the pizo buzzer, so when its disengaged you still have an indication without all the noise.

Way I run it nowdays is I just use the PID and alarm to let me know I'm up to the ballpark for taking foreshots. I run it manually after that.

Hey fella, Thanks! Already videos up of me doing a full run with it. :o) After 5-6 months of running it tho' I'm kinda leaning towards a simpler solution with power regulators and no PID hehe, ... got the parts - will be building a simpler box like that soon.

i bet. sorry havnt talked in a while. had a bit of an issue and been in and out of the hospital. but should be good to go soon

Will post a vid in the next day or so of using the whole rig to make some actual "juice". I had an 80L charge in it running at 10L/hour production for a stripping run! :o)

Heya Dan, 2x elements out of this box - both 3kW. Heaps of grunt for stripping runs. Happy Distilling!
