The houses you see behind had a 100 % occupancy rate at the time this video was made. One of the main reasons I designed these houses was to try to get a higher usage rate, because most commercial houses are actually pretty poorly designed. Needless to say, the results speak for themselves.

Paint your corrugated plastic to protect it from UV.

I paint all these houses inside and out with white latex paint. Seems to work for the martins.
