Purple EK was an export car that we loaded out of the Honda plant in Alliston that went to South America. From the factory you could start the car without pushing in the clutch.

I like that you guys have a cage. I was in a non race car and a car hit me at 55mph and pushed the side into the center console. Get cages in your cars. It's the right thing to do, your life is worth the $1500-2k. Just prioritize it, make your car look like a foo foo strip club later.

Mickey i commend your attention to detail and quality of your work but the engineering behind the front bar seems less than ideal. did you ever consider a "nascar" style splined bar with billet arms? like a kit from competition engineering or rhodes could be had for a few hundred bucks and would avoid a lot of the compromises from the ae86 parts.
