Building a Roof Rack for my Overland Trailer

In this video I show how I made a budget roof rack for my custom trailer using aluminum extrusion and some metal! Slotted metal allows me to have plenty of flexibility and abilities to mount whatever I want.

There are cut files for the "Prinsu" rack on Tacoma world. I know that isn't an option for everyone. But you could print it out and trace it on to your flat bar. Great job using what you have though.

I've seen those before, a laser cutter would've made much easier work of it.

Nice job on the roof rack. Have you used the trailer yet? I just did the Georgia Traverse a month ago. Well worth doing. Ready to go back in the spring.
