Good work and a Finnish Harvia kiuas (stove) also guarantees good steam. (löyly in Finnish) The most important thing is good ventilation also during the sauna bath. Replacement air for the stove under the door and directly on the stones. There must also be a valve under the boards. Greetings from Finland!

We did speak about this and decided against it as it is almost impossible to a predicable fall for the water to flow the right way as the sauna can be parked anywhere. Instead, we just mop up out the door

As cool as this looks, it is quite dangerous as the wood on the walls look like being treated and inhaling such fumes might not be the best idea. There is a reason the fins use specific wood like spruce.

This is horribly inefficient, which is a bigger issue as energy prices increases. Get two 250 W red heat lamps and build a small "fort" where you sit on a foot stool. 4 walls covered by a blanket works well. Even 3 walls where the blanket covers the opening with the heat lamp pointed at your mid section. Clamp two blankets together if you want your head outside of the heated area. Dirt cheap to set up, and way less expensive to use.
@BodyweightWarrior2 жыл бұрын

@wellnesspathforme62362 жыл бұрын
@@BodyweightWarrior They are still less efficient, but if one wants the product that fire powered saunas produce, then you are correct. 2 x 250 W bulbs can easily be energized with solar energy powered batteries and can produce an excellent sauna experience -- even if not the same as some cultures normalized. It is absolutely more efficient and very effective, but maybe a square experience when a circular experience is desired. That point is made and taken.
