Awesome video. I have a 500 gallon tank, hand agitated that I've been using for 17 years. I wanted to add this spray system because I'm getting too old to carry buckets. I was just going to buy the system and I think it would be pretty easy to install, but I need to figure out how to add the return valve on the top of my tank. Do I need a welder to do that or is there a simpler way to just cut a hole and add the nipple? Thanks for any guidance you can provide.
@804video5 Жыл бұрын
You've probably already done it, but when it comes down to anything that needs "fab" or welding take it to a welder. I put together a 300gal sealing rig on a Big Tex trailer years ago and I'm upgrading this year. I'll probably get my welder to fab together another rig if I get the right deal on the tank,spray system and trailer.

@@804video5what size trailer? Starting to assemble one on a 5x8 big Tex with just a tote. Thinking of an actual tank before I mount everything
@804video510 ай бұрын
@austingalie7027 it's a dual axle car trailer bigger than what I needed. It is the second trailer that bought from Big Tex, the first was a 60CH the one i have now is a lil bit longer and wider than the 60ch. My setup now is a 350gal "poly" tank unit I purchased ($8k) off of ASD Asphalt Sealcoating Direct. Get a trailer that the axle can handle max weight when your tank is full, don't go cheap trying to save money and the trailer can't carry the trailer fully loaded.....I known people that have had the bearings go bad and wheels pop off the axle because they bought a trailer that can't handle the weight.
