I think gatehouse behind the small bridge would make much more sense. This way the training grounds are wide open.

This is just an inner town defense point, an old town wall so to speak, there will be an outer wall surrounding the town with a gatehouse.

I love it my favorite style of Moc and witch seems to be hard is incorporating one of legos best sets and adding onto it that way it turns your purchase into much more I wish I had this in my house currently my floor is start of this but it’s just a jumbled mess so far I strive to do this

It's hard not to obsess over the techniques because they look SO good. The story being interesting and well-written takes it over the top. This is the best video so far among your many other already great videos. May building LEGOs always bring you joy.

My only suggestion for the moc would be to add more light colors like those found on the real sets. To me it would help blend the sets in with the rest of the moc. HOWEVER this is my favorite moc series on KZbin right now and looks awesome!
@1by1Brick4 күн бұрын
Thanks, yeah the only problem is my parts collection is focused on realistic earthy tones, i dont have much of the bright colours like the green grass plates around the castle, only have dark green, olive green and sand green 😊

Great bulid and narration, i love all of your medieval themed builds! : ) Could you add an underground part under the castle? Perhaps a dungeon or a place to store riches?
@1by1Brick4 күн бұрын
Thanks! I thought you might ask for that like last time hehe, theres quite alot to build for this series but if there’s a content gap on any of the episodes then i’ll do it. No promises yet though!

I've been watching a while (subscribed/first-time comment, I think). Your work is creative, innovative, detailed and beautiful. I have the castle and medieval village and assorted medieval smaller sets (GWP, etc) -- yet unbuilt. Due to limitations (budget/space -- and maybe lack of skill and creativity) I won't try anything near as ambitious but you provide inspiration and a "template" for me. Thank you.
@1by1Brick5 күн бұрын
Start with building small, everything comes with practice. Small builds are just as fun for me as these large dioramas 😊

Sorry for this comment, but I don't think "normal" seagull can nest in trees. You might want to move them on cliff side. Awesome video tho, I was just surprised about the seagull lol Can't wait for the rest of this serie!
@1by1Brick3 күн бұрын
Thanks, I didn’t know that. Easy fix would be to swap them around, the one taking flight from the tree and the nesting one at cliff edge

Just noticed that this is called castle series 2 and the blacksmith castle series 1,does this mean that they are gonna be connected or that they are just the castle theme??
@1by1Brick4 күн бұрын
Most (if not all) of the castle series will be connected in an overarching lore, many more seasons already planned. The dialogue in this episode was designed to explain alot of what's to come!
@rolandsanderson27153 күн бұрын

I won’t be making any mods to the sets unless it’s really needed such as ones i’ve already done, focused on building up the diorama
