To manually equip squads select a squad, click Exchange in their commands, then select the warehouse or HQ that has the stuff you want to give them, and from there you can put weapons in their inventory by dragging and dropping and then move it from their inventory into their equip slot. You can also instantly heal a hurt squad member by doing the same thing with meds by dragging and dropping a first aid kit over their profile.

You can clean up zombies in houses, it's especially effective with polearm squad. If I see a swarm getting in houses nearby, my single squad goes house to house and clean them all up without any damage. Only Alfa zombie may one shot someone even in-house.

They should highlight weapons dropped on the ground! You had 10 Ak’s and 40sitting on the ground north west of your walls for half of the session lol

Great series! If you haven't thought about it, I've seen more than 1 hq used in the way you are using the corner warehouses.

my suggestion is just to tear down a whole block adj to your base and just switch off your brew production, that thing just eat all the grain, not worth it, realistically you need more into farming, and AK rules, sniper would be good but you are building in tight arse corner, so volume of fire equal success, and yea I agree with ya with the gear conversion and recycling. if you have the time, tear down the left hand museum or whatever that thing is just letting your LoS suck

not a fan of those tight block maps. Towers dont have a good overlapping field of fire. I like starting in Atlanta, not quite as many close large buildings...
