Just visited KJ Dim Sum today after watching this video and talked to the staff about her visit! She visited last week and her cameraperson ate at the table behind her, so sure enough, everything at the table was all eaten by Tzuyang! Go Tzuyang go!!!

Yeah, for some reason, all the chinese restaurants have suddenly changed to this 'order everything all at once' system and bring you what you've picked. Can't get used to it, as I much prefer carts being carried around and me picking what I want at the time.

Been to one old dim sum shop in HK for breakfast, they trolled the cart with dim sums too, you can find this type of dim sum restaurant in south east Asia like Sg and Msia too.

wow i didn't know that, is that just recenlty? there are still a good amount of places in seattle and in san diego (where my family is from) where they do the trolley carts and you order whenever they come by and they stamp your card and you pay at the end.

No it doesn't. Basically all dimsum is the same, its just variations on a theme. Chicken feet is chicken feet and shumai is shumai😂

I can barely finish 4 dishes… Tzuyang is amazing 😮 The background noise reminds me of when I used to work at a dimsum restaurant 😂. It is hard to find good dimsum places. Sometimes the wrap is too thick or the flavor isn’t very clean or fully there. Glad she was able to enjoy the meal. It is heavy but you get hungry again quickly.
