Watching you solder the point rail from underneath has me thinking that all the tie/rail joints should be soldered from underneath for better appearance. So I wonder if the assembly jigs could be designed to allow for that method instead?

That bump in the frog point on the real thing is compensated for by the frog point being machined roughly 10 mm lower than the wing rails!!
