Sono un appassionato di escursioni e spesso mi trovo a dormire fuori per boschi, ho costruito rifugi di ogni genere. Ma alla fine per me i migliori sono quelli rialzati, minimo un metro da terra,non marciscono mai,sono più adciutti e con meno problemi di muffe, ne ho costruito uno circa 20 anni fa, rialzato 2 metri da terra , il tetto e fatto bene, all'interno ci sono i fori per il ricircolo di aria, e lo usiamo ancora ormai le tavole sono così ben impregnate di olio di lino che non marciscono

Поднимется буря и ваш шалаш завалит я тростник разлетится много сделано неправильно во-первых с каждого торца нужно ещё по одной стойке поставить а тростник нужно перематывать не пучком чтобы при ветре он сбился в один большой сноп а перевязывать так же как строчка на швейной машинке чтобы он был распределён небольшими пучка и а потом растянуть и привязать на всю стену...

The reeds should be the other way up, snow will collect on the top and drip into the hut.

Instead of taking a hand drill and spares, simply carry a roll of 550 paracord. It will be lighter, last longer, and be a lot stronger than your joints.

What authority or citation do you believe this a Viking Style Hut? Only huts or longhouses with stone foundations have survived and still we speculate as to the style and/or techniques they utilized. Please enlighten us.

I get a lot of people like these silent videos but I find them unnatural, odd and a little off putting to the point of distraction. What two people go out into the woods together and build an entire viking hut together and dont say two words to each other other than prisoners who wouldnt be building viking huts anyway? And before ine of you smartasses says "deaf people", well I imagine even they would be communicating through sign language. No talking in these videos is just weird.
