All good, except for the anti-sag bar....you built that door right with those wide tenons, so you don't really need that bar taking away from the look. Beautiful door all the same. Thats a really fun project. No mind numbing teadious work, just making parts and using tools. How can anyone want to do anything else :) That's an amazing shop by the way, you're a lucky guy. Nice job on the door. I'd like to know what you used for the sealer?

Jesus Christ, all fits into place and snaps and pops! When I do carpeting, it's not like that :-\ So much fun to watch you working and to adore all the nice machinery. I love working with my Festos, too, yet am far from being equipped as you are. The dancers look Bavarian, subtitles are English, yet the radio is French. Where is this nice workshop??? Manfred from Vence / France
@TimothyWilmots10 жыл бұрын
Well as this is 2 days of work compiled in 13 minutes i can only show the nicer bits. So thrust me i make mistakes as well! My workshop is located in Belgium which may explain all the weirdness.

Love watching a craftsman at work. I am getting ready to build (2) 42" entrance doors, and am having a hard time locating a supplier for the type of lock set you used here. Any info would be appreciated, and keep up the outstanding work.
@TimothyWilmots7 жыл бұрын
Hey, I used a KFV brand I think, a 3 point lock. It's common here but I suppose hardware is different in the US.
@blakeyokum15477 жыл бұрын
Timothy Wilmots Thanks for the info. Yes our lock manufacturers don't offer these, except for 1 or 2. And one of those has a very complicated routing layout, not as easy as yours. Will check out KFV. Thanks again.
