Building An Arable Farm Yard & Small Chicken Yard On Haut Beyleron FS22 Timelapse

FS22 Building an arable farm yard and chicken yard is the second part in the farm build series on Haut-Beyleron map on Farming Simulator 22. We use the new landscaping tools and build mode to transform an area of the map into a farm yard for arable farming and also a small yard for chickens. The build includes two large machine sheds, one small shed and two shelters. There's a large silo for storing crops and refill silos for seed, fertilizer and liquid fertilizer along with a fuel refill point. We also add a small area for washing equipment and add fencing and hedgeing around the yard to finish it off using the new fencing tool.

On steam there was, but how many people actually bought it on steam vs just buying it on EA's launcher. I know for me as a PC gamer having to have 2 launchers launch is dumb so I buy it on the publishers launcher instead of steam.

For someone who doesn't farm in real life, this man does build some great looking farms. And while we're discussing farm builds, Alien Jim announced today that No Man's Land is coming soon. His "soons" tend to be "real soon". I wonder if we'll get a revisit or are we waiting for a new pioneering map?

This is awesome build! Two thing I would consider: 1: Using a slope tool to build a ramp from dirt, no need to smoothen it manualy 2: Maybe add a small silo for grain to chicken area. Beside that, great farm build! :)

I did use the slope tool to put the ramp in down to the lower level and the smallest silo in game isn't very small or I would of added one next to the chicken pens

I noticed you didn't use the new slope tool much, did you find the smooth tool better than the sloop tool for building to the lower lot?

Looks great as always👌🏻 How do you like the building/landscaping in FS22 compared to FS19? I liked it better on FS19 but maybe it’s just because I’m more used to it, and I find it easier on FS19 on console

I like the changes although I think the smooth tool could be a bit stronger as seems a bit weak and it's not very controller friendly compared to 19. I'm having to use the mouse and keyboard which I rarely ever did on 19

I agree. While I like the changes, it’s not controller friendly at all for console players like us. I’ve noticed I’ve done a lot less land transformation and just built on flat land. I’m sure as better maps come out that will change

@@SimFarmer Yes! Adjusting the strength needs to be added back. It also seemed like the level tool took time to form. In 19 leveling was instant. Also the grass paint tool is fine but it doesn't regrow the grass that was originally there. Meadow looks great but why no option for regular grass?

How did you remove the trees? The logging aspect is super glitchy still... Hella cool build though man, as always!!

With a chainsaw and then built the carpenter and chucked the trees in the trigger there using the super strength setting on the power tools mod. Had to use the stump grinder to get rid of the stumps though.

Sell the Farmhouse. The curbs are part of the farmhouse as are the deckchairs at the back.

There's a link in the video description to download the savegame for this build and when you're in the modhub ingame make sure you're showing all mods and not just cross play mods should say on the bottom of the screen which you have selected
