The way you're starting, I'm surprised you didn't use block. That tends to increase toughness faster because your guys stay in the fight longer.

Pro tip for training toughness: when you sure what you will Not die from current injuries and everybody is downed, do NOT play dead and Get Up asap every time you can, this boosts toughness like crazy, early its like 3-5 levels for one attempt to stand up

I like it that you roll with the punches. If you mess up and do something stupid, you don't load the previous save but instead just carry on. I always get tempted to load the autosave whenever I get arrested or lose a limp so I'm glad to see you not do that :D I'm waiting for more Kenshi videos.

This is why I love Kenshi. It's not just a story generator, it's a hilarious story generator because Kenshi can (and WILL) turn the best laid plans in to a Cluster F#@k of epic proportions ! Nice vid man. I'm interested in watching this army develop. Martial arts can be crazy OP when you finally get good enough. Don't forget to get a few bone dogs so they can play "fetch" with the limbs you end up kicking off :)
