Girl it's completely ok. Mental Health is something that's usually a shush shush topic. If you need a break, take one. We can wait for the town to open up, we can wait for whatever you have planned. Don't force yourself to do anything. Take a break and we'll be right here. We won't leave, we won't go anywhere. We'll sit and wait for you to get better. Don't stress it. Don't think about it. Alaska, I've suffered from anxiety, depression, ADHD, and ocd since I was 6 (I'm pretty sure I suffered longer I was just diagnosed at 6) I am 15 now and I still have a hard time with somethings but we can get through it, all of us can. When we need breaks, we get breaks. When I started watching you I felt happy and inspired to let my imagination take over on somethings. You are so amazing and I love you so much as a person. DAY 15: **ALASKA** I have really been enjoying those 5-minute swap challenges of yours, so I think you should do that again but as a team bb. I mean you'll have a bunch of people in your plot building a house, but they cannot communicate with each other, and they can't have that extra day to prepare. For example, let's say you have 4 plots and 2 people per those 4 plots. The first 4 people will go into build mode after the 5 minutes is up, they switch with their teammates, and so on for an hour until we come to vote. I hope this about sums it up, just think of it as a relay race!❤✨
