You should mention that the main reason you use adjustable swaybar endlinks is to ensure that the swaybar is in the neutral position at normal ride height with no twisting pre-load. A secondary reason might be to position the swaybar in a certain location.

Looks so good! I had a 2013 S4 6spd that was lava gray Pearl (dark gray) with polished forged wheels and had mounted a Yakima skybox that looked so similar to your B9 S4 build. On paper it sounds boring but when it all comes together it looks so good.

I just went through a nightmare getting my s4 aligned. They would align it test drive it and it would still pull or the steering wheel was off center. Found out that the control arm bushings were all corroded and seized, so when the body would roll it would get stuck in a different position each time it was aligned. So I suggested checking the ride height at all 4 corners and that’s how we discovered the issue. Aluminum and steel just don’t mix that’s galvanic corrosion for ya.

Fantastic looking car. Great upgrades, everything looks so good. Whoever wins it, should be very happy if they are a car person. VW/Audi subframe bolts need to be replaced each time the subframe is dropped and worked on. Those Torque to stretch.

I would double check the subframe bolts you removed. They are typically stretch bolts and usually needs to be replaced once removed. If you replaced them, ignore my comment.

These will not easily warp. They have been tested through racing and heavy motorsport use. Furthermore, with the improved cooling over the factory rotors, the heat escapes much more easily - preventing warping

How did you manage to put the front rotor on without removing the dust cover? They wouldn't fit on my car 034 says to remove the dust cover they even put it in the instructions

can anyone tell me why the front brake calipers look so much better then the rear calipers? (the front has the s1 logo and are bigger then the rear, without s1 logo) ? does it have to do with the front contributing more stopping power?

The rear caliper does not need to be large. The B9 platform has extremely balanced braking performance.
