Hello, I love the design. Is there any reason why did you decide to leave all dental offices open? I know it is common in USA but it looks to me the whole clinic is very noisy especially in busy hours and patients can hear someone's else's conversation. Thank you.

Yes. Too much noise. I don’t like hearing all the laughing echoing from other rooms, hallways etc. I know they need to keep it fun, but going overboard on this seems too much. Excellent dental surgeons offices have a great office feel but still halfway down to earth.
