Since you are using SQLite do you now have to make sure you have a volume for the SQLite file to self host? Seems like you could have done something like use SQLite about instead bring your own DB if you have one and support a few different DBs in your tool. Since most apps are already going to have a DB. Awesome job on using Elixir though it was a great pick for this use case.
