Went back and added .007 for the countersunk holes tonight that go below the dimples thanks to this. Good timing! I was just about to primer. Also realized I needed to read my instructions a bit better. I used the depth measurement with my micrometer on top of a rivet to check it. Thanks!

Good catch. It's mentioned in Section 5 of the instructions somewhere.

I ended up designing and 3D printing a pneumatic squeezer gauge that you can use to set the squeezer exactly for the rivet.

Great job on showing the details and explaining the methodology! I am interested in building an RV-14A but have not purchased my tools yet. For most of the build, I plan on using a pneumatic squeezer. However, are there situations when using the hand squeezer is preferred over the pneumatic squeezer? I have noticed that you own both tools and use them both in different situations.

Mostly I use the pneumatic. Sometimes it won't fit in a spot and the smaller hand squeezer will. Otherwise the pneumatic is used most of the time.
