Building carbon pocket kite foilboard - Part1: Explain core and structure

This video explains how I build my carbon pocket foilboard. I used compressed blue foam as core and then reinforce the foil mounting area with G10 plates on top and bottom. In between the plates I reinforce the screw area with microballoons so that under screw compression it would not compress the foam. I supposed to make video of cutting foam and reinforcing the mounting but I accidentally deleted the vids... sorry guys.

Very interesting. Where is the rest? I would have loved to have a video showing everything you described with photos and video. I wouldn't be able to do this myself just based on the description.

I use G10 plate because it bonds perfectly with Epoxy
