Building Christian Culture

Every team, every organization, and every family, whether successful or not, has something in common. They all have a culture. Could you define the culture of your team, organization, family... even of your own life... in three or four words? Could the people around you identify your culture? We're all creating a culture... it's just a question of what kind.
J.R. presents a brief challenge to think through your own personal culture and consider how it impacts those around you. He provides a few "big rocks" that can help as you create a culture that allows you to live out the gospel.
