Building forms in Figma with component properties

This is super-helpful. How do you handle a field with an [icon right] and an error state? Like a password input field with show/hide icon. In the error case, you need ability to swap the show/hide icon with the error icon.

Super helpfull Question for you: When you link up your text properties, it changes all of your default text in your variants (i.e. everything now says Placeholder, removing differences like 'Typed text' and the '|' for Focus. How do you work around this if you want designers dropping components in with the correct placeholding text?

Hey, great video. Question, any suggestions on how to create large forms with “unknown” variations without having to detach components? For instance, I have a form with 10 fields arrange in different layouts in one page but now need to make a new form with a completely different layout. Any way that can be accomplished without detaching the components? Thanks!

In this nice example, what is the Button Text used for?

It's a bit more rare. I'll use for things like "switch account" or "edit" for fields that are a bit more sensitive like a breaking URL. I just wanted to show a more robust example.
